Failure to pay may result in the suspension of order and access to the website and application.

8. Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased one of our testing services through our online ecommerce website and application.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the date of your purchase.

Please note that a 50% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the total payment amount if the collection has been processed when processing your refund. 

Refund Request: To request a refund, you must send an email to refund@viratlab.com with the following information: 

Your full name

Contact information (email address and phone number)

Date of purchase

Transaction ID or order number

Reason for the refund request

9. Confidentiality:

Virat Global Lab will maintain the confidentiality of your test results.

Virat Global Lab may disclose information to authorized parties for research or regulatory purposes.
